Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, and other carriers.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delays: FLWRFX is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns on opened items.
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If not approved, you will be notified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please email support@34.239.204.92 within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
